Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead through multiple lenses—technology, operations, people, and business. This was a transformative phase. At iXie, Indium’s gaming division, I helped evolve the business from a QA-focused unit to a full-spectrum gaming company—setting up development and art teams to support end-to-end game production and future growth.
Alongside, I led Indium’s HR function, overseeing talent, learning, and culture. This dual mandate reinforced a key insight: business outcomes and people strategy go hand in hand. It shaped my approach to leading with empathy, driving growth through empowered teams.
